本周我參加了縣教研室舉辦的聽課活動，認真聆聽了各位老師執教的英語課， 再加上專家的精彩的點評，使我受益匪淺，感受頗多，讓我近距離地領略到每位老師的教學風格，深厚的教學功底及精湛的教學藝術聽課就像照鏡子，從這幾節風格迥異、精彩紛呈的英語課堂上，我不但發現了自己平時上課中存在的問題，也從中受到很大啟發。
一、多媒體的使用
現代化英語教學中，黑板已經不是傳統意義上的黑板了。掛圖、投影儀、多媒體等的加入，使得黑板的內容更加豐富。此次活動，老師們都運用了多媒體這現代的教學，以鮮艷的色彩、活動的圖像和有聲的對話，讓教學內容更形象化，給人一種賞心悅目的感覺，創造了一個輕松愉快的學習氛圍。
二、教師基本功扎實，充分調動學生的積極性
這3位教師口語流利，發音準確，全堂使用英語教學，整堂課輕松、活潑。教師都是借班上課，但師生配合程度絲毫沒有受到影響。教師教態親切，身體語言豐富，充分調動了學生的積極性。平時我們在這一方面做得不夠好。因此，聽課時我特別注意了各地老師不同的調動學生的方式。學生積極性調動起來以后，怎樣保持下去也很重要。老師在每個教學環節中對孩子的要求一定要清楚明確，難易適中。

三、 于蕾老師引導學生在介紹城市時可以包括的內容有： history, culture, customs, landscape.
四、 于蕾老師讓學生進行小組討論，重新組織城市介紹內容，選擇關鍵點和介紹順序。同時請學生表達她們的想法。
